WEEKLY CLASSES:
Wed mornings: 9:15-10:45am
Thurs evenings: 8-9:30pm
Package costs: single class $25, 4 classes $75, 8 classes $140 or 12 classes $200. An intro class must be taken before attending the weekly classes.
Weekly classes are held at the Li’l Yoga Shop at Kruger Plaza, 428 West Turkeyfoot Lake Road (Hwy 619), Akron, OH 44319

INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS & NEWS:
1. Listen to Eden’s recent interview with Jsu Garcia, co-director and star of the movie – The Wayshower. The Wayshower is a spiritually-inspired, feature film co-directed and co-written by the controversial founder of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness, John-Roger, DSS and Jsu Garcia, DSS (Atlas Shrugged, Che, The Lost City, Spiritual Warriors, Along Came Polly). It also stars Oscar® nominees Eric Roberts and Sally Kirkland.
2. Other interviews: (a) Listen to Eden’s interview with Dr. Judith Orloff. Transforming the face of psychiatry, Judith Orloff, MD is an assistant clinical professor of Psychiatry at UCLA and author of the New York Times and international bestseller Emotional Freedom upon which a public television special is based. (b) Her interview with Sona Mehring, CEO & Founder of CaringBridge.org. Sona was named one of 2011′s “Most Influential Women in Technology” by Fast Company.
