Corporate Mindfulness Classes

Work. Work. Work. It’s literally why I started learning to meditate. I worked 70-80 hours per week and couldn’t seem to stop and find balance. Now, ironically, I go into the workplace and teach others what I have learned through mindfulness meditation. Some of the benefits:

  • Increased ability to manage stress
  • Ability to better hone what’s important/what isn’t/what deserves your time – so better time management
  • Increased creativity and leadership
  • Heightened focus/attention therefore better productivity
  • Improved abilities to address conflict in the workplace
  • Improved teamwork
  • Increased stability during periods of change
  • Decrease in judgements/stereotypes promoting better working relationships

This doesn’t even cover the slew of physical benefits which promote a healthier and more vibrant workforce.

I have taught at healthcare facilities (ie: Robertsdale Retirement Home, Covenant Hospice), the Green YMCA, the staff at the Wadsworth Library, Goodyear Tire, religious institutions (New Life Episcopal Church, Unity in Daphne, Alabama)… to name a few.

Please contact me for more information. Classes are customizable whether you desire an hour class to teach people about mindfulness meditation basics or an ongoing 4 or 8-week session.
