19. Another just read this… Research has also proven that meditators, as they age, secrete more of the youth-related hormone DHEA than non-meditators. Women and men in their mid forties had, on average, respectively, 47% and 23% more DHEA than non-meditators – DHEA helps decrease stress, heighten memory, preserve sexual function, and control weight. Low levels of DHEA have been linked with a variety of diseases and with increased mortality.

20. Just read this… Studies suggest the average worker is interrupted once every 11 minutes; it takes on average about 25 minutes for that worker to get back on task. It’s just one of the everyday strains on the modern worker, and just one reason why some companies are incorporating meditation practices into the workplace, in a bid to preserve their employees’ productivity, never mind their mental health.

The fabulous healing sounds of Tom Kenyon. Immunity and Ascension Codes are different and magical. From a student: ”One of my favorite CDs is “Your Present: A Half-hour of Peace” by Susie Mantell.  I also like the CDs from Belleruth Naparstak and Joan Borysenko.”

The revelation that our thoughts can influence water has profound implications for our health and the well-being of the planet.

See this amazing video showcasing his NY Times bestselling book, The Hidden Messages in Water.

23. A great video on Conscious Parenting. For those of my students with children – this is what we are striving for in our practice. Letting go of old baggage or our emotional legacy, so we can see everything with true consciousness and wisdom.

Always more to come…
